I was going away and wanted my bracelet before I left on my two week vacation. The customer service representative was very good and responded to me very quickly and made sure it was sent out and delivered before I left for my trip! The bracelet is shiny and beautiful, would definitely order from them again.
Disappointed in the setting. The chain is longer then I’d like. 18” hides behind your clothing. The clasp is very small and delicate. It makes it extremely difficult to put this necklace on. Wish the chain was beefier. Very flimsy. Returning this purchase
I wanted a necklace that was casual for day but add sparkle if dressed up. This choice was perfect and the communication between me and the company was efficient and professional. I recommend highly!!
I love the bracelet! It’s very pretty and the Diamond is very sparkly. It’s on the smaller side but it’s perfect to add a little sparkle to your daily life. I have to say customer service was amazing. They are very responsive and I can customize the order which is cool.
One thing that worries me is it catches on everything. I’m wearing it everyday and I don’t want to keep taking it on and off every time. I’ve had it only for a week now, so not sure if it will last. We shall see!
I’ve asked for a refund for 2 weeks and now one has given me any feedback to start process. My bracelet broke after the 3 day of wearing. I need refund asap!
Very nice and so real. I’ve tried others that weren’t real diamonds and was never happy. These are real diamonds in every way except for the way they get to be created. I would recommend these items and the great customer service too. I’ve bought the ring to match and love,love them
