All Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. trademarks, trade names, service marks, service names, product names, and intellectual property are trademarks and/or intellectual property of Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. or its affiliates. Misuse of Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. trademarks or other intellectual property is expressly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, defamation or libel laws, privacy law, publicity and communications rules and legislation. Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. constantly enforces its IP rights.

Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. strives to offer high-quality products to its customers. Seeing an item on DiamondChemistry.com doesn't mean it's in ready stock or will be when you return to the site.

Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. does not guarantee that the information is accurate and maintains the right to update the information on the Site and to fix any inaccuracies at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Diamond total carat weights on jewelry may vary up to 0.07 carats per industry norms and FTC guidelines.

From time to time, Diamond Chemistry may offer limited-time promotional discounts or sales across select product categories. These promotions are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Promotions are valid only during the dates and times specified on the website or in marketing communications. Offers apply only to purchases made directly on our website during the active promotional period.

Application: Promotional discounts must be applied at checkout through the designated promo code or automatic application, if applicable. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders placed without the relevant promo code.

Exclusions: Unless otherwise specified, certain items may be excluded from promotional offers. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupon codes.

Returns & Cancellations:

• Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund unless otherwise stated
• Orders canceled or returned after shipment will be subject to a 12% order processing fee.
• Some payment providers (e.g., Affirm) may incur a 12% cancellation fee even before shipping. Please check our Shipping & Returns Policy terms before confirming your order.  .
  
  

Price Adjustments: Orders canceled and re-ordered to take advantage of a promotion will not be honored. Promotional pricing is available only at the time of original purchase.

First-Time Buyer Offers: Certain discounts may be available only to first-time customers and are valid for a single use. These cannot be applied to prior purchases or combined with other promotions.

Product Minimums: Some promotions may apply only to orders above a certain product value or quantity threshold. These conditions will be clearly stated where applicable.

Diamond Chemistry reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

All lab grown diamond jewelry products purchased on our website, come with a Third Party diamond grading or jewelry certificate to ensure their quality and authenticity. 

If the product has a 1.00 carat or larger lab grown diamond solitaire, each individual diamond of this size is certified, and you will receive a certificate(s)  for every such diamond in the piece.- a complete jewelry certificate is not provided.

If the product contains lab-grown diamonds that are smaller than 1.00 carat, the entire piece of jewelry is certified as a whole- individual diamond certificates are not provided.

Customers returning diamond products should include the original third party certificate. This policy is in place to ensure that the returned product matches the original certificate, maintaining transparency and protecting the interests of our customers. If a diamond product is received without the accompanying certificate, a charge of USD $100 will be applied to the customer.

Once the product is delivered to the buyer's assigned recipient, Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. hands over ownership of the goods to the assigned recipient.

We promise a free lifetime manufacturing warranty regardless of price or type of item. Our non-transferrable warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase and is valid for all products purchased on diamondchemistry.com.   

We, at Gliimps Fashion USA Inc., strive to ensure: 

• Our products will be of high quality using high quality materials and manufacturing practices. 

• Our products will not have any manufacturing defects and that each item has passed our strict quality assurance process individually at our factory and distribution facility. 

• The brilliance of our lab grown diamonds will not fade over time, from regular use.  

• While we make sure our products are made with utmost care, a few defects are excluded from our warranty due to general wear and tear from prolonged use, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, improper cleaning and storage, trauma and scratching or the loss of a stone due to trauma or damage, metal fading or discolouration due to inadequate care (caused by chemicals, make-up, pools, hot tubs, bathing etc). Over time, prongs can wear down, bend or loosen due to normal everyday wear and tear, allowing the stone to fall out. 

• If any third-party vendor repairs or services your jewelry other than Diamond Chemistry, (including ring sizing) this warranty will not be valid. 

If you think there is a manufacturing defect with your product, email us on customerservice@diamondchemistry.com or call us at 1-888-874-0475. We will inspect the product once we receive it and determine whether it is covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty. If it is covered, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you - free of cost. If it is not covered, we will send you a quote for the repair and shipping, collect the payment, and ship it back to you once completed. 

Ringverse (Design Your Own Ring) orders are eligible for a 30-day return policy with a 12% processing fee deducted from the purchase price. Returns must be in unworn condition with original packaging and documentation. Missing lab-grown diamond certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee. Orders placed via authorize.net payment mode can be canceled for free before shipping; Orders placed via Affirm payment mode attract a cancellation fee of 12% even if the item has not yet been shipped. All Orders returned or canceled after they ship attract a 12% processing fee.  Diamond Chemistry retains exclusive rights to all Ringverse designs and may use them, along with any alterations, for advertising and marketing purposes.

Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. maintains the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to cancel your permission to use this site and to ban or prevent future access and use.

Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. has the exclusive option to terminate and prohibit website users or Siteaccount holders who are proven to be repeat offenders, in alignment with the applicable laws. Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. retains the right to limit website access and/or terminate the accounts of any users it accuses of infringing intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat offense.

You're responsible for all account and password activity on the site. When you use the site or your individual account on the site, you are solely responsible for protecting your account and computer. Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. may recover direct and indirect expenses and revoke promotional products, free delivery, and other advantages if a consumer files a chargeback. Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. has the right to reject service, cancel orders, delete or modify material, and more.

Without prior permission,  we will not use any user's personal information in connection with te User Comments. Sharing information with Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. implies the user gaurantees that he/she is not in violation of any third party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or property rights. It further implies that none of the User comments will be inaccurate, illegal, abusive, or obscene. Please note that users are completely responsible for their comments shared on the site.

By submitting User Comments, you grant Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. an unrestricted, perpetual license to use, reproduce, broadcast, post, adapt,  transmit, display, and distribute your User Comments for any purpose.

Gliimps Fashion USA Inc. jewelry is made-to-order. We don't allow comparative purchases. This applies to similar designs, quality, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you're unsure about an item, our experts can assist. We maintain the right to cancel orders. We may cancel orders that contain multiple low-priced products.

This site, its information, and its goods ("products") are offered in the "presented form" and "as available." Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. provides no explicit or implied guarantees about the site's operation or its information, content, or products. By using this website, you expressly acknowledge that doing so is at your own risk and free will, and that you alone are liable for any risks resulting. Without limiting the aforementioned, Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, with regard to the data, content, and materials on the website, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Gliimps Fashion USA Inc., its directors, members, employees, affiliates, or agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering our products shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the user or related party arising from use of our site, products and services, use or reliance on the information contained or accessed through our site or provided by Gliimps Fashion USA Inc related to our products and services including but not limited to any errors, omissions, deletions, defects, performance failures, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to AJS programs or services, whether in an action in contract or tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. In cases where Diamond Chemistry has been advised of the possibility of such damages Gliimps Fashion USA Inc and its affiliates’ liability under no circumstance will be greater than the price you paid for the product or service that is the basis for the claim. Users are responsible to check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusions of implied warranties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc., its independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and its parents, affiliates, and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Conditions or your access to or use of the Site.

These Conditions and your use of this Site are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Any action at law or in equity or any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Site or purchases from the Site (collectively, "Claims") shall be resolved by binding arbitration, as described below, instead of in court, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court. You agree that arbitration must be individual and waive your ability to join or combine claims in arbitration or arbitrate as a representative or class member. You waive jury trial. This arbitration clause survives these Conditions and any other contract you make with the Company.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable shall be severable, that part shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other parts.
