1. FREE SHIPPING

Diamond Chemistry offers free shipping within the United States. Once you’ve chosen your jewelry, you can find the estimated ship date on the product detail page. 

• Our products are shipped to you in 14 Days
• You can see the estimated shipping date on the product detail page, the checkout page or the confirmation email 
• You will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number once your order ships

Please note: order processing can take up to 2 business days and will not affect the time that it takes to create the jewelry 

 

2. DELIVERY AND SIGNATURES

• Since these are high value items, a signature is required at the time of delivery for all orders
• To maintain high levels of security, you cannot change your shipping address after the order has been placed
• We only ship to home or business addresses. We cannot ship to P.O box addresses. 
• FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your order, after which it will be returned to Diamond Chemistry. You will be contacted by a Diamond Chemistry representative to discuss next steps
• Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon delivery of the carrier 
• Diamond Chemistry is not responsible for delays in shipping due to reasons beyond our control (weather, incorrect addresses, carrier delays etc.)
• Gliimps Fashion USA, Inc. insures and registers all objects at full value. All deliveries require an adult signature.
• We ship to the 50 U.S States and U.S military APO/FPO addresses. We are delivering internationally, subject to applicable in-country custom laws, policies and shipping costs.

3. 30 DAY RETURNS

To make your purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, Diamond Chemistry offers you easy returns!

All orders placed on or after October 16th, 2023, can be returned within 30 days from the day it ships. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment too.

Products purchased at full price are eligible for FREE RETURNS. Please note, that products purchased on offer/promotion/sale are NOT eligible for FREE RETURNS. A nominal processing fee will be levied for products bought on offer/promotion/sale. The fee may vary on different promotions and other factors . Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions of the offer for more details.

• Returned products must be in their unworn condition, original packaging, and must have all original documentation provided with the purchase. 

• Products that have been engraved, modified or resized by a third party vendor other than Diamond Chemistry are not eligible for return. 

• Returned products without the original lab grown diamond certificate are subject to a $100 fee for each card. 

• Once we have received the return, we will inspect it and products showing signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted. 

• Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund

A. How To Return An Order:

• Return Shipping Authorization Number
• Contact us at 1-888-874-0475 or customerservice@diamondchemistry.com to request your free return label and get your Return Shipping Authorization Number 
• Return Shipping Authorization Number are valid for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be returned within this period 
• Your return label will be emailed to the registered email address
• Incase your Return Shipping Authorization Number expires, please contact ( 1-888-874-0475) to request a new one

B. Preparing Your Return:

• Pack your jewelry in the original jewelry box and make sure to include all original documentation and certification (a $100 replacement fee will be charged if certification is missing)
• Place your items in a larger shipping box and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the larger box 
• Write your Return Shipping Authorization Number in bold on the outside of the package. (For security reasons, do not mention jewelry or diamond related words anywhere on the box)

C. Ship Your Package:

• Drop off your return package to the nearest FedEx location. Please note that Diamond Chemistry is not responsible for packages dropped off at FedEx drop boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations
• Get a FedEx drop off receipt to confirm that the item is shipped 
• If you choose to use a different shipping method, the cost will have to be borne by you. Please make sure the jewelry is safely packed with a signature required on receipt and confirmation receipt on delivery. Diamond Chemistry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

4. REFUND

• Once your returned order is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the condition of your returned item. Inspection can take up to 7 business days. 
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by check if the original payment method was bank wire or cash. 
• Credit card refunds can take up to one month billing cycle for the credit to appear in your account

5. RESIZE AND REPAIR

A. Repairs

Over time, due to everyday wear and tear, your jewelry might need to be repaired or simply maintained. We will be happy to help you avail this service at our US locations. Some of the common repairs we offer include re-polishing, re-plating, cleaning, tightening prongs and side stone replacement. We are committed to keep the repair costs low while making sure the piece is as good as new. Pay to ship your jewelry to us and we’ll ship it back to you (on us!). B. Free Ring Resizing

We understand that not everyone gets their ring size right, so we offer one time free ring resizing within 30 days of your purchase!  All you need to do is ship your ring to us and we’ll ship it back to you in the corrected size. In case we are unable to adjust the size of your ring, we can either place a special order for your size or ship it back to you as is.
